The company takes very seriously its mission to not only elevate African fashion but to create a circular model that takes care of each and every artisan. A low cost grocery store, clean water stations, above normal wages, free nursery for the artisan's children, free sanitary products, free healthy balanced lunches are just a few of the community building initiatives that are in place.
